Problem: VBank, a fully digital bank by VFD Microfinance Bank was created to make banking more fun and versatile, seamless and social, with the sole aim of instigating the revolution of digital banking in Nigeria. We were tasked with delivering a compelling brand to accelerate VBank’s vision and positioning as a key player in an already thriving space.

Levitate Hybrid Solution: We proposed and implemented a series of positioning strategies for VBank to lead the way into the hearts of their customers. Our proposed brand strategy transcended multi-platform and multi-channel implementation that carefully embodied the youthful and vibrant energy of how we perceived the future of banking the ideal customer would be happy to engage with.
